Sarah + Peter are Founding Directors of The Exchange in Erith, an award-winning organisation based in what was a derelict Grade II listed old library.

Prior to The Exchange, they worked in a range of cultural and heritage organisations including the Churches Conservation Trust, Garden Museum, Cartoon Museum, TATE and the Hayward Gallery delivering exhibitions, capital and activity programmes and community-led initiatives.
